Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, quotes and orders placed with Sande Solutions.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information supplied by the client, including product, quantity, branding method, artwork and deadline. Pricing may change if specifications change.

Artwork

Clients are responsible for approving artwork, spelling, colours, placement and final proofs before production starts.

Production

Production timelines start after quote approval, payment where required, final artwork and proof approval. Rush jobs are subject to availability.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Courier, supplier and production delays may affect timing.

Returns

Branded and custom products cannot normally be returned unless there is a confirmed production fault.
