Bertech High-Temperature Tapes are also known as Polyimide Masking Tapes and have an operating temperature range of -73°C (-100°F) to 260°C (500°F). They are made using a 1-mil-thick polyimide film with 1.5-mil-thick silicone adhesive. These tapes are reliable and durable with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties that withstand extreme temperatures, vibration, and other demanding environments. They have excellent resistance to acids, oils, and solvents. The tape is also known as heat tape, heat-resistant tape, heat-transfer tape, thermal tape, sublimation tape, and heat vinyl press tape.
